Blogger is the greatest online based platform where anybody from anywhere in the world can open or create his free blogging or website with lots more fantastic templates provided by Google. This is the most popular platform for personal blogging and for hosting personal or professional or business website under the sub-domain called blogspot.com.
For setting up your custom domain, first of all go to your dashboard of your blogger.com. Then go to Setting> Basic. Here on the right side find + setup a 3rd party domain for your blog under Publishing Option and click on it to type your custom domain. A new box will pop-up.
It may take couple of minutes or couple of hours to complete the process. It just depends. Keep patience !!
Still you face problem, go back to your Blogger Dashboard and UNCHECK the redirect button from PUBLISHING option by clicking EDIT which is right top corner of your custom DOMAIN and HIT Save button, and CHECK the redirect check box AGAIN and HIT SAVE BUTTON. This will resolve cache problem of your browser.

- Here type your custom domain name starting with 'www'. e.g. www.theonlinebd.com.
- Click save button. And here an error message will be shown. Not to worry. It says to verify your custom domain.
- Now go to your login to your Godaddy account for verifying your domain that you are the owner of that submitted domain.
- Now under Domains menu find All Domains & click on it.
- Click Manage DNS of your Domain.
- Now from the Records page Edit your CNAME and A-Records by clicking ADD button down the page.
- From your blogger copy the CNAMEs and paste them in the CNAME Records of your Domain account of Godaddy. In the first box copy and paste the Host address and in the 2nd box copy and paste the Points Address and you have to do it twice as there have been given two CNAMEs. Don't forget to Save the CNAME records each time.
- Now go to blogger and find view setting instructions as it is shown in the above image.
- Going there, find Use a Top-Level Domain under STEP-2 and click on it to have all the 4 IP numbers a little down of the page. These IPs will help you to redirect your site without www when you will visit your site, otherwise you have to type www before your domain. e.g. theonlinebd.com. But this may take maximum 24 hours to start the redirection service.
- Now go to Godaddy and from the records of Manage DNS ADD "A-Records" putting "@" in the host box and IP Addresses in the 2nd/ Points box. Do the process 4 times and save each time.
- Go back to your blogger and Hit SAVE button. You are done !!
- Last of all, just click on Edit button right top corner of your custom domain on Blogger Dashboard and there put a check mark in the check box and click Save button for the last time.
- ENJOY !!

IMPORTANT ISSUE !!
- If you find a problem like this that your site is not redirecting or workding without "WWW" then you have to do a little more.
- Go to DNS/ Manage DNS page of your Domain account on Godaddy.
- Find Forwarding> Subdomain.
- Type naked domain name in the SUBDOMAIN box, of course without WWW.
- Type domain name in the FORWARD TO box with WWW.
- Hit the save button & ENJOY !!
