How to Print same Titles or Heading in MS Excel

MS Excel is one of the most renowned and powerful software for calculating our day to day accounts. It is also well-known as Spreadsheet. It is a package software of MS Office. We can't think even a single moment without it as we have to use this software for our personal and official purposes for making our accounts more sophisticates. It has been created by Microsoft. By using this program, we get more scope to make our accounts more flexible and transparent and handy as well. This is a sheet which is consisted of rows and columns.
Here using this program we often make many information tables for our personal and official purposes. We are to place there in the information table some TITLES or HEADINGS in each column. Sometimes, there are more pages in the same sheet which makes us little bit of worry. But to get rid of this thing, we use Print Titles option under Page Layout/ Layout Tab. Here is the procedure how to use this Print Titles option:

  • First open Excel and go to Layout or Page Layout Tab,
  • Now click on the little arrow icon on the right side of the Page Setup group,
  • From the next opening dialog box, click on the Sheet option on the right side,
  • Then click on the square icon on the right side of the Rows to Repeat at Top option,
  • Now select the Titles Row/ Rows you want,
  • From the dialog box, click on the square icon again on the right side,
  • Hit OK button,
  • DONE!
See the below GIF if you need more clarifications.

Now go to the Print Preview and check the effects. You will see the same title at the top of the each page of the sheet. As it is mentioned before that you select multiple rows if you need!
You won't see the heading or title in the worksheet unless you check it on the print preview.
You can do it for the columns by using the immediate below option COLUMNS TO REPEAT AT LEFT.
